Our Customer Engagement team plays an important role in helping customers understand and improve their financial wellbeing. As a CRM Executive youll help bring this to life by delivering personalised communications that show customers how Experian is on their side.
Work that matters What youll be doing
- Create customercentric CRM campaigns using insight data and analysis
- Develop messaging and creative across multiple customer journeys and channels
- Manage campaigns endtoend from planning and execution through to reporting and optimisation
- Manage daytoday CRM activity focused on engaging and retaining existing customers
- Collaborate with agencies and our teams to ensure campaigns meet brand content and compliance standards
Qualifications :
What youll need to bring to the role
- Experience in CRM and campaign management including building creative messaging and segmentation
- Handson experience using CRM platforms such as Oracle Salesforce ExactTarget or Marketing Suite
- Experience working across direct channels including Email SMS Push Notifications and Direct Mail
