Job Summary

This is a hands-on role with real responsibility.

You will support the growth and optimisation of a live digital platform working across:

SEO and content optimisation
Website improvements and user experience
Digital marketing and outreach
Data analysis and performance tracking
Automation and process improvement

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Content:

Optimise job pages and website content for search performance
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO improvements
Support blog content and engagement strategies
Assist with backlink and content distribution efforts

Website & User Experience:

Improve website layout and user journeys (WordPress)
Support landing page optimisation and testing
Assist with analytics tools to track user behaviour

Digital Marketing:

Support LinkedIn and social media content
Assist with email campaigns and audience engagement
Explore automation tools to improve efficiency

Data & Performance:

Track key metrics such as traffic and engagement
Support reporting and performance analysis
Identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities

What You Will Gain:

Qualifications :

We are looking for individuals who are:

Studying or recently graduated in marketing business IT or related fields
Interested in digital growth SEO or online platforms
Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks
Strong communicators with attention to detail
Curious and willing to learn quickly

Useful (but not essential) skills:

Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics WordPress Canva or email platforms
Basic understanding of SEO or content marketing
Interest in automation tools or AI platforms

Internship Details:

Remote flexible working (approx. 1015 hours per week)
Laptop and reliable internet required
Performance-based incentives may be offered based on contribution and results
