Job PurposeThe primary purpose of the Leasing Agent position is to secure and retain qualified tenants for residential or commercial properties by effectively marketing available units conducting professional property tours screening applicants and closing lease agreements to achieve occupancy targets while ensuring compliance with fair housing regulations and maintaining positive tenant relationships.
