As a Security Guard Full Time Patrol Team in Urbancrest OH you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas support access activity and provide outstanding customer service and this unarmed patrol role you will help promote a professional environment remain visible to help deter security-related incidents and contribute to a caring agile team that values reliability innovation teamwork and integrity.

Pay Rate: $17.51 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents access concerns and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout loading areas parking lots docks warehouse spaces and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entries exits deliveries and/or visitor activity while communicating with site personnel and drivers regarding post instructions and property access expectations.
• Document daily activities unusual events and/or operational concerns and relay relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
