As an Assistant Driver you will work closely with our experienced drivers to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of goods to our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in loading and unloading goods from the vehicle - Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws while driving - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle - Report any vehicle maintenance issues to the supervisor - Assist in route planning to ensure timely and efficient deliveries - Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients - Keep accurate records of deliveries and any issues that may arise - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times Requirements: - Valid drivers license and clean driving record - Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role - Ability to lift and carry heavy loads - Familiarity with Cape Town and surrounding areas - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Strong attention to detail and time management skills - Ability to work in a team and follow instructions - Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if necessary We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
