FILINVEST COMPANY: Crimson Resort and Spa Boracay
Under the direct supervision of the Head Concierge the Boat Captain ensures the overall efficiency of the Speedboat and the services of Boat Crew and Boat Attendant.
- Orients and trains qualified employees
- Conducts effective employee meetings and counseling sessions
- Practices maximum flexibility and creativity when dealing with special customers
- Conducts on the job skill training
- Ensure effective and efficient unloading and loading of bags and luggage of incoming guests
- Closely coordinates with Airport representative for the arrival of guest in the Airport
- Coordinates with Guest Relation Officer in Welcome Pavilion
- Ensures effective handling of guest safety in the speedboat
- Responsible overall in the speedboat operation
- Responsible for the monitoring of boat maintenance.
- Ensure the implementation of safety briefing for the guest before they leave in the port
- Implements safety standards and conducts training
- Performs any other duties and tasks that may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to time
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Hospitality / Tourism Management
- With at least 2 years similar experience gained from 4-5 Star Hotel/Resort
- Organizational leadership and strong interpersonal skills
- Effective complaints handling skills
- Effective training skills
- Willing to work on extended duty hours
- Has updated drivers license with 12 restrictions
