Job Summary
Associate Dentist Mixed Practice
An opportunity has arisen for an Associate Dentist to join a wellestablished mixed practice and take on an existing stable patient list with the added benefit of a consistent flow of new patients. This provides immediate security alongside genuine potential for continued growth.

You will be joining a supportive professional team where your skills in general dentistry are valued and where youll have the time tools and clinical freedom to deliver excellent care. UDAs are sensibly allocated across the team allowing you to balance NHS stability with the opportunity to grow your private portfolio.
New patients join the practice regularly and will be allocated to you giving you the chance to expand your clinical interests and develop your patient base. There is strong existing demand for aesthetic treatments including aligner therapy composite bonding and cosmetic dentistry supported by a patient base that values and invests in their smile.
Your Role
- Deliver consistently highquality general dentistry
- Build longterm patient relationships based on trust and continuity
- Use strong communication skills to guide patients through treatment options
- Provide aesthetic treatments including aligners composite bonding and cosmetic improvements
- Grow your patient base and clinical interests within the practice
- Work within a mixed model balancing NHS commitments with private opportunities
- Maintain a commercially aware approach that supports patient loyalty and practice growth
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 3 years experience in a mixed or private practice
- Strong reliable clinical foundation in general dentistry
- Confident communicator with a patientfocused approach
- Ability to explain and deliver treatment plans clearly and professionally
- Interest in developing skills in aligners composite bonding and smile makeovers
- Evidence of ongoing CPD and a desire to continue progressing
- Motivated to build a loyal patient base and strong professional reputation
- GDC Registration and NHS Performer Number
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a dentist who takes pride in their work values longterm patient relationships and wants to grow within a practice that supports both clinical development and professional stability.
Private work at 50%. With established demand earnings of around 150000 on a 4day week are achievable.
