Job Summary
Role: Telecommunications IT & Technology Professional

About the Role
We are building a talent pipeline of professionals for upcoming opportunities in telecommunications information technology and technology services. This initiative allows skilled professionals to be considered for future roles across IT support network operations software development cybersecurity data management and technical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities

Support the design implementation and maintenance of IT and telecommunications systems

Monitor and maintain network infrastructure servers and communication systems

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware software and network issues

Ensure system security data protection and compliance with IT policies

Assist with technology projects upgrades and system deployments

Maintain documentation system logs and technical reports

Qualifications

Diploma Bachelors degree or higher in Information Technology Computer Science Telecommunications or a related field

Experience in IT support network administration telecommunications or technology services preferred

Strong problem-solving analytical and technical skills
