Job Summary

Summary:

The UI/UX Researcher uncovers user needs and behaviors through qualitative and quantitative research to inform product and design decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct user research usability tests and interviews.

Analyze and synthesize data into actionable insights.

Collaborate with design and product teams to align on user needs.

Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Develop personas journey maps and user scenarios.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human-Computer Interaction Psychology or related field.

3 years of UX research experience.

Familiarity with research tools like UserTesting Maze or Optimal Workshop.

Strong analytical and storytelling skills.
