The Investment and Implementation Lead is responsible for developing and supporting the design and implementation of investment projects working closely with Product teams Sales and other stakeholders. This role manages a portfolio of projects across the entire investment lifecycle and provides visibility into the status of each stage.
They analyze the impact of investments on the product P&L and coordinate with the Product team to align customer requirements and opportunities that accelerate growth in LnS services. This is achieved primarily through technological and nontechnological innovation within the customer lifecycle enhancing customer retention and overall stickiness.
Responsabilities
Interpret and analyze Product team and customer requirements and translate them into an investment project.
Being responsible for the budget of the project in the IP-Preparation phase following up the CAPEX expenditure for theprojects (Implementation phase) and looking for alternatives to execute the Budget as compromised.
Provide visibility of the performance of the investments in the Area and coordinate action plans with the area responsible to improve the results.
Quantify the solution resource and implementation requirements e.g. FTEs costs Systems infrastructure equipments EDIdevelopment.
Keep the engagement of the project team to deliver proposals by involving and securing the buy-in of all stakeholders(product heads Sales Finance IT Legal etc.).
Constantly identifies and mitigates risks to schedule scope and resources while balancing competing priorities acrossmultiple projects.
Being the SME in the development of projects coordinating with Area Regional and Center teams about the standards forconstruction licenses and certifications.
Provide assessment to the supporting areas (HSSE Maintenance Delivery and others) in the development and presentation of their investment projects.
Working with cross-functional / cross-geography / virtual environments to drive the project to the objective.
Accountable For
Develop and design solutions up to the approval of the project.
Good practice Implementation to deploy customers andcompany needs.
Tracking of the projects status in IP Preparationimplementation stage and after go-live.
Keeping functional and product teams engaged andcommunicated during the projects lifecycle.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business LogisticsSupply Chain Management or related field.
5 years of experience in solution designand implementation.
Proven experience with large investment processfrom the conception to the Go-Live.
Financial indicators knowledge.
Experience in construction process ofContainer Depots and Warehouses.
Experience managing a portfolio ofprojects.
Experience with project management toolsand methodologies.
Demonstrates customer obsession a customerexperiencedriven approach and strong stakeholder engagement.
Strong communication skills
