Job Summary

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior RF Planning Engineer to lead the design optimization and implementation of advanced wireless communication this role you will be responsible for the strategic planning and performance optimization of RF networks (2G/3G/4G/5G) ensuring optimal coverage capacity and quality of service (QoS). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of RF principles network design tools and practical deployment strategies for modern mobile and wireless systems.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelors degree in Telecommunications Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in RF planning and optimization for cellular networks.
Proven expertise in 4G LTE and 5G NR technologies with understanding of 2G/3G legacy networks as a plus.
Experience with RF planning tools such as Atoll Planet TEMS Actix or similar.
Proficient in drive test data analysis post-processing and RF troubleshooting.

Skills:

Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Deep knowledge of wireless network architecture propagation models and radio technologies.
Familiarity with industry standards (3GPP ITU) and regulatory requirements.
