We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting our organizations IT infrastructure ensuring all systems hardware and software are running smoothly. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills to provide efficient support and maintenance of IT systems. The IT Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the technology environment remains secure functional and optimized.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Specialist or in a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems networking hardware and software.
- Proficiency with operating systems such as Windows macOS and Linux.
- Hands-on experience with server administration cloud computing and network troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices firewalls and antivirus software.
- Familiarity with data backup solutions disaster recovery and system restore procedures.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with non-technical users and provide clear instructions.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools.
