About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary and detail-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee financial operations strategy and planning in a high-growth multi-national remote-first organization.

Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning analysis forecasting and budgeting

Manage global compliance tax and regulatory reporting

Provide strategic financial insights to executive leadership and the board

Drive fundraising M&A and capital allocation initiatives

Oversee accounting procurement treasury and audit functions

Requirements:

CPA ACCA CMA or equivalent certification

10 years in finance leadership preferably in a tech or multi-national environment

Strong knowledge of IFRS GAAP and Caribbean financial regulations

Proven experience leading remote or regional teams

Exceptional analytical communication and strategic thinking skills
