Job Summary

Summary:
The UX Researcher focuses on understanding the end-users motivations and behavior through research to guide product design and development.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct ethnographic studies surveys A/B testing and heuristic evaluations.
Translate research findings into product improvements.
Collaborate with designers developers and product owners.
Advocate for the user throughout the product lifecycle.
Manage research documentation and knowledge bases.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters in HCI Cognitive Science or a related field.
3 years of experience in a UX research role.
Strong command of mixed-method research approaches.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
