Dev Project Coordinator:
The IT Project Coordinator is responsible for participating in and overseeing project initiatives from inception planning execution monitoring through to completion as well as ensuring ongoing support and continuous improvement. A team of dedicated professionals manages these projects and as the business seeks to deliver effective solutions for internal and external stakeholders it is the responsibility of the Programme Coordinator n collaboration with their supervisor and colleagues to drive the planning implementation testing acceptance management and administration of these solutions with best practices in mind.
Key Activities:
- Develop detailed project plans outlining scope objectives timelines resources and deliverables.
- Conduct project kick-off meetings to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on goals and expectations
- Develop and track project progress against milestones and deliverables.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders highlighting achievements issues and next steps.
- Develop KPIs for app development and other IT projects.
- Coordinate feature and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with fellow IT Department member to deliver and improve services.
- Meet regular deadlines for projects and monthly activities.
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to identify and solve needs.
- Participate in response to application issues and client requests through and with IT personnel.
- Work directly with assigned supervisor or designate.
