Job Summary

Programmer Analyst - Mulesoft

Produce system designs coding technical documentation and technical support.

Enhance configure and debug existing systems.

Provide technical support for web desktop or mobile applications.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop clean scalable and modular applications using MuleSoft and other related tools.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to design software architecture.
Participate in requirements analysis.
Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Prepare and analyze functional specification document.
Prepare and submit Request for Change (RFC) documents.
Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications/ Experience/ Specialized Skills:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution.
Minimum of three (3) years working experience in an IT related discipline.
Minimum of one (1) year working experience in the financial sector.
Excellent knowledge programming techniques and concepts.
Strong knowledge of the Insurance or Financial Services Industry.
Knowledge of modern development practices technologies methodologies and tools.
Knowledge of design/ architectural patterns.
Knowledge of key OOP (Object Oriented Programming) concepts.
Experience working with various relational and other databases.
Strong knowledge of communication technologies.
Excellent troubleshooting problem solving and communication skills.
Knowledge of Java would be an asset.
Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS would be an asset.
