Job Summary
Supervise assigned team members for the smooth operation of the Department; Ensure team member report for duty and depart base in a timely manner; Ensure time cards are clocked in as required; Assist with the administration training and development of Cash-In-Transit/ATM staff; Ensure all staff members are adhering to the Companys Standard Operating Procedures and take corrective actions where necessary; Perform any other duty assigned within the scope of the position.
Job Requirements
An Associate Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a Certificate in Supervisory Management; A minimum of five (5) CSEC subjects including English Language and Mathematics/Accounts; A minimum of three (3) years experience in the effective supervision of a team.
