Job Summary
Jones Family of Dealerships is seeking a reliable and customer-focusedFull-Time Receptionist & Cashier to join our team in Lancaster PA. This position plays an essential role as the first point of contact for our customers while supporting daily office and cash-handling operations across our Honda GMC Acura and Powersports locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly professional manner
- Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
- Provide accurate information to customers in person and over the phone
- Process cash credit card and other payment transactions accurately
- Scan file and maintain organized records and documentation
- Support general receptionist and administrative office duties as needed
Qualifications
- Prior receptionist cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable using computers scanners printers and multi-line phone systems
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and dependability
Schedule
- MondayFriday: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
- Saturday: 1 Saturday per month (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
