Job Summary

Waste Connections has a Driver Helper position opento work at our hauling site in Johnson City Texas.

The hours are Monday Friday with a start time of 5am working a 10 hour shift. . On top of competitive pay and consistent overtime we also offer family benefits 401k vacation and an employee stock purchase plan. We offer year round steady work and with patience and hard work can get promoted in to a driver position. This job is extemely physical working in all weather conditions.

Requirements:

Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
Must be able to lift at least 60lbs or more
Be able to communicate with his driver and have good customer service skills
assisting with sanding down and painting the dumpsters and roll offs
