- Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Medical Assistant to support both clinical and administrative functions in a fast-paced healthcare setting. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a patient-focused environment and possesses strong front and back office experience including phlebotomy and direct patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily front and back office operations
- Greet check-in and room patients efficiently
- Schedule appointments and manage incoming calls
- Accurately obtain and record vital signs
- Perform phlebotomy (venipuncture)
- Administer vaccines as required
- Conduct EKGs and point-of-care (POC) testing
- Assist providers with examinations and procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience (excluding externship)
- 23 years of experience preferred
- Medical Assistant Certification strongly preferred
- Occupational Health experience preferred
- Proficiency in phlebotomy and EMR systems required
- BLS or CPR certification required
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
