Position: Vendor Management Associate
Type: Contract
Compensation: $20$30/hour
Location: United States
Role Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the global Supplier Master System with minimal oversight. Ensure accuracy in supplier tax contact banking and payment details.
- Review and approve supplier onboarding requests. Ensure compliance with internal controls and documented processes.
- Execute supplier profile changes and modifications. Manage critical data such as tax IDs bank accounts and legal names.
- Perform thorough validations of supplier information. Prevent duplicate or defective records.
- Manage communication with suppliers globally. Obtain required documentation resolve discrepancies and support onboarding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and tooling partners. Improve and automate Procure-to-Pay workflows.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience with database management and data validation.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay processes and vendor management.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Preferred
- Experience in Vendor/Supplier Management Procurement Risk Management Accounts Payable or Audit.
