CareCo Home Care is seeking a full-time Scheduler to join our team in Berlin Connecticut. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized detail-oriented and looking to grow within a fast-paced mission-driven environment.
No prior scheduling experience is required we provide full training. We are looking for someone who is motivated reliable and ready to take ownership of their role.

Position Details
Full-time position
Location: Berlin Connecticut
Salary: $45000 - $55000 per year
Role Overview
As a Scheduler you will play a key role in coordinating caregiver schedules and ensuring clients receive consistent high-quality care. This position requires strong organization attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities may include:
- Scheduling caregivers for client shifts and ensuring proper coverage
- Communicating with caregivers and clients regarding schedules and changes
- Handling last-minute adjustments and solving scheduling challenges
- Maintaining accurate records and updates within scheduling systems
- Supporting overall office operations as needed
