Oversee the quality management system and related processes;
Organize the ISO 9000 certification process and ensure its ongoing maintenance;
Manage the document control system related to the quality management system;
Investigate customer complaints and response times and assist with IQF data tabulation;
Test and analyze proposed equipment according to customer needs;
Coordinate preventive and corrective actions identified in the management review and other sources;
Comply with standards and procedures related to the quality management system environment and occupational health and safety (ESH);
Contribute to the maintenance of quality and continuous improvement programs;
Ensure the order safekeeping and maintenance of materials and equipment under your responsibility and of the workplace as well as maintain the organization of all documentation related to the work process.
