Responsibilities
The Behavioral Health Services Manager will be responsible for clinical operational and fiscal activities of the Mental Health departments. Required to apply frequently a set of management principles to these operations. Must be capable of independent judgment and decision making in the areas of budget personnel patient services and administrative or professional programs. Has responsibility for overall clinical quality and performance improvement programs.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in psychology social work or other mental health related field.
- Three years post masters leadership experience in addictions and behavioral health programs or activities.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state regulatory standards.
