Job Summary
What you will be doing!
Are you a skilled analyst with a passion for transforming raw intelligence into mission-critical insight Independent Software is seeking a Level 3 Target Analyst to support vital national security this role youll be at the center of real-time intelligence analysishelping shape strategic decisions and protect global interests.
As a Level 3 Target Analyst your responsibilities will include preparing synthesized intelligence products by conducting research analysis and reporting through appropriate channels in response to mission requirements. You will prioritize assess evaluate and report information gathered from various sources for use by government personnel. Its essential to maintain awareness of both internal and external customer needs.
You will work closely with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements. Youll also share target-related information and provide feedback to customers as needed. Your role includes issuing relevant products that communicate developments trends indications warnings and situational awareness related to specific targets. When appropriate this may include recommendations for countermeasures and courses of action.
Youll assist in developing databases or working aids that enhance target knowledge and improve collection efforts. Lastly you will perform pre-release quality control functions to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the intelligence products delivered.
Job Description / Requirements:
- Ability to research analyze and report intelligence.
- Experience with SIGINT reporting and collection
- Experience using CSPACe or similar agency reporting tools
- Experience with both RAD and GV
- Experience editing and/or releasing reports
- Experience drafting or supporting SIGINT Assessments IGRAMs and EGRAMs
- Knowledge of agency specific tools and methodologies.
- Strong critical thinking and collaboration skills
- Entry is with a high school diploma or GED plus 12years of relevant experience an Associates degree plus 10years of relevant experience a Bachelors degree plus 8years of relevant experience a Masters degree plus 6years of relevant experience or a Doctoral degree and 4years of relevant experience.
- A degree in a liberal arts field (e.g. English History Communications Languages and Cultures International Relations and Political Science) is preferred but a degree in any field is acceptable.
- Relevant experience must be in an area directly related to the mission (e.g. collection cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the DoD and include drafting/editing intelligence reports.
Clearance Requirement:
- Must possess an active TS/SCI with appropriatePolygraph tobe considered for this role
