We are seeking aPatient Scheduling Coordinator Leadto:
Serve as team lead over Patient Scheduling Coordinator staff that are responsible for advanced level scheduling of patients for surgical and non-surgical procedures.
Coordinate assign and guide work activities of staff
Monitor work schedules maintain department scheduling guidelines and train/mentor new staff.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Healthcare or other related field Preferred
Work Experience
- 1 year of previous experience working in an office or customer service environment Required
- 1 year or more electronic medical scheduling Preferred
