Role Summary
As a High School ELL Teacher you will lead the language development program for our 9th-12th grade multilingual scholars. You will facilitate a sophisticated student-centered environment that balances intensive English acquisition with the academic demands of high school graduation requirements. Working as a vital advocate within the building you will collaborate with content-area teachers to scaffold complex subjects ensuring that language is never a barrier to a students brilliance.

- Bridge the Content: Provide push-in or collaborative support in core content classrooms to make high-level academic concepts accessible.
- Empower Families: Build strong trusting relationships with our international families helping them navigate the complexities of the American high school system.

- Work Year: 10-Month Academic Calendar 187 Contract Days
