Embassy Healthcare is looking for a caring and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing to help lead our clinical team!
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) plans organizes develops and assists with the direction of the overall operation of the nursing department to ensure the highest degree of quality resident care in accordance with all laws regulations and Company standards. The ADON reports to Director of Nursing (DON).

Job Requirements:
- Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited school.
- Must possess current RN or LPN License and be in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
- At least three years experience in nursing administration including supervision preferably in a long-term care setting. Knowledgeable about regulations and standards established by Medicare Medicaid and state and city government.
