We Are Building The Payroll Team And Function!
You will be part of the Finance Department in Copenhagen. Our Payroll team in Copenhagen is on an exciting journey to build the team and function. Currently we are four in the team - the Manager Lene Frederiksen and three dedicated colleagues. What is important to Lene is that the team shares the ambition to take the team to the next level especially when it comes to optimization of the system integrations e.g. Intega AX and Worklinq - and very soon D365! Our daily work is in a high pace and in a dynamic environment but still with a lot of humor and fun!

You Will Play A Key Role In Site-Wide Payroll Processes
As our new Payroll Analyst your main responsibility will be to assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for all of our Copenhagen based employees. It is a key priority that all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely and that we comply with local payroll laws and regulations. On an ongoing basis you will be in close dialogue with employees and managers to verify timekeeping records and address and resolve employee payroll discrepancies and other inquiries.You will be maintaining payroll records and ensuring data integrity and participating in the review and improvement of payroll processes and systems. Over time you will be assisting in the preparation and submission of payroll-related analytics and year-end reports.

We Value Your Payroll Experience
What makes the ideal candidate is all the payroll experience you bring rather than a particular educational background - so bringing a Bachelors degree is an advantage but not a requirement. That said we always appreciate relevant knowledge and courses e.g. related to taxation reimbursement expats etc. The foundation of this role is your fundamental understanding of payroll practices regulations tax laws and accounting in combination with your proficiency in Excel. Experience with time registration software (e.g. Intega AX D365 Worklinq) is a plus. Often these competencies translate into 2-5 years of experience in payroll. It is an advantage if you have experience from a company of similar size where you find joy in being part of something bigger and are familiar with navigating across a global organization. This role gives you the opportunity to utilize your problem-solving and communication skills attention to detail and sense of confidentiality.
