Building Services Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a leading multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy delivering innovative building services solutions across diverse sectors.

The Role
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer you will lead the design and delivery of mechanical building services projects from concept through to completion. You will collaborate closely with clients architects and other engineering disciplines to deliver high-quality sustainable and cost-effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical design for HVAC and associated mechanical building services systems
- Manage projects across multiple sectors including commercial residential health education and mixed use developments
- Prepare and review detailed design documentation calculations specifications and reports
- Coordinate with electrical structural and fire engineering teams
- Attend client meetings and act as a key technical point of contact
- Oversee project delivery ensuring compliance with relevant codes standards and sustainability targets
- Mentor and support junior and intermediate engineers
- Contribute to bids proposals and business development initiatives
About You
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Chartered or working toward Chartership (CPEng or equivalent preferred)
- 5 years experience in building services consultancy
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC system design and building services coordination
- Experience using industry software (e.g. Revit AutoCAD IES HAP CAMEL or similar)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
