Job Summary
Dorian Ford is seeking a friendly organized Service & Collision Receptionist to support our Service Department and Collision Center. This role is key in creating a smooth professional experience for customers throughout the repair processfrom initial contact to vehicle pickup.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Schedule appointments and coordinate service and collision repairs
- Provide updates on repair status and timelines
- Support the service and collision teams with daily operations
- Assist with processing payments and closing repair orders
- Work with insurance companies and customers to ensure approvals and accurate billing
- Maintain a clean organized front desk and customer area
What Were Looking For
- 12 years of experience in a customer-facing role (automotive experience preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Punctual and dependable
- Willingness to learn and ask questions
- Valid U.S. Drivers License with a good driving record
