Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) with strong multi-specialty surgical experience. The RN will provide perioperative care assist in surgical procedures and ensure patient safety throughout the surgical process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide preoperative intraoperative and postoperative nursing care
- Assist surgeons during procedures across multiple specialties
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control standards
- Prepare operating rooms instruments and equipment
- Monitor patient status and respond to changes during surgery
- Document procedures and patient care accurately
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure efficient workflow
Key Requirements:
- Active RN License
- BLS certification
- Strong Operating Room experience
- Proven expertise in multiple surgical specialties
Required Experience:
- Orthopedics (including Total Joint Arthroplasty TJA)
- Sports Medicine procedures
- Foot and Ankle surgeries
- Spine surgeries
- Gynecology (GYN) procedures
