Job Summary
Job Title: Physical Therapist Outpatient Orthopedics

Shift & Hours:
- 36 hours guaranteed per week
- Expected to work up to 40 hours/week
- Overtime requires prior director approval
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care in an outpatient orthopedic setting. The role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with musculoskeletal conditions to improve mobility function and overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Manage a caseload of 1214 patients per day
- Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week
- Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as needed
- Document patient progress and outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure optimal care delivery
Key Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
- Outpatient experience preferred
- PTA candidates will not be considered
- New graduates will not be considered
- First-time travelers are accepted
- Strong communication and time management skills
