Job Description
As a Security Officer - Corporate Headquarters in the Financial Districtyou will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer in a professional location where you will greet visitors manage access control issue badges and support a welcoming environment through strong communication and customer this stationary role you will help monitor entry activity and respond to security-related concerns with integrity reliability and teamwork while delivering a caring and innovative experience for everyone who enters the site.

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or when appropriate emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner.
- Monitor front desk activity greet visitors and support access control processes in accordance with site-specific procedures.
- Answer questions provide directions and report unusual activity or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience with access control and badge processes is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
