Responsibilities:
Greet and communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the service department.
Retrieve and park customer vehicles.
Wash dry and vacuum vehicles as needed.
Assist technicians with moving and transporting vehicles.
Maintain and organize service inventory including fluids and tools.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
