What Youll Do
As the Automotive Parts Manager you will be responsible for the overall performance profitability and daily operations of the Parts Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead coach and hold the parts team accountable for performance
- Deliver fast accurate service to internal and external customers
- Manage inventory accuracy organization and gross profit performance
- Oversee ordering receiving pricing merchandising and delivery operations
- Drive results through clear metrics and disciplined execution
- Maintain safety compliance and company standards
- Represent Rydell Chevrolet with professionalism and leadership
What Were Looking For
Required:
- 3 years of Automotive Parts Manager experience
- Proven success running a high-performing parts department
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
- Professionalism accountability and a strong work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Preferred:
- 2 years of sales experience
- Experience with dealership parts systems and inventory management
