What Youll Do

As the Automotive Parts Manager you will be responsible for the overall performance profitability and daily operations of the Parts Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead coach and hold the parts team accountable for performance
  • Deliver fast accurate service to internal and external customers
  • Manage inventory accuracy organization and gross profit performance
  • Oversee ordering receiving pricing merchandising and delivery operations
  • Drive results through clear metrics and disciplined execution
  • Maintain safety compliance and company standards
  • Represent Rydell Chevrolet with professionalism and leadership

What Were Looking For

Required:

  • 3 years of Automotive Parts Manager experience
  • Proven success running a high-performing parts department
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
  • Professionalism accountability and a strong work ethic
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

Preferred:

  • 2 years of sales experience
  • Experience with dealership parts systems and inventory management
