Job Summary

Rydell Chevrolet is actively hiring an experienced Automotive Parts Manager to lead and grow our dealership Parts Department.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for inventory management team performance and departmental profitability within a high-volume operation.

Compensation

  • Expected Annual Earnings: up to $90000

What Youll Do (Parts Manager Responsibilities)

  • Lead coach and develop a high-performing parts team

  • Drive department profitability gross margin and inventory turns

  • Oversee all parts operations:

    • Ordering receiving pricing and merchandising

    • Wholesale and retail parts sales

    • Delivery and logistics coordination

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and control obsolescence

  • Partner with service department to ensure fast turnaround and efficiency

  • Track KPIs and hold team accountable to performance metrics

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and dealership processes

What Were Looking For

Required:

  • 3 years Automotive Parts Manager experience (dealership required)

  • Proven success managing inventory gross profit and team performance

  • Strong leadership coaching and accountability skills

  • Experience with parts systems inventory control and reporting

  • High attention to detail and operational discipline

  • Valid drivers license with clean driving record

Preferred

  • Fixed Operations leadership experience

  • Background in wholesale parts growth or B2B sales

  • Strong understanding of dealership KPIs and reporting
