About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated and experiencedRegistered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team For the Pinellas and Pasco ideal candidate will have strong experience andbe confident performingStart of Care (SOC) visits and Sup Visits.
Requirements
- ActiveFlorida RN license
- Comfortable completingStart of Care (SOC)visits
- Level 2 Background Screening (fingerprints) required
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation for field
- Strong communication organization and assessment skills
- One year of Home Health experience
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct SOC visits doing SOC Sup Visits Discharge assessments
- Deliver high quality skilled nursing care in the patients home
- Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team
- Travel within the Pasco and Pinellasareas
Compensation
- Based of the type of visit
- Consistent workload within a focused service area
