Job Summary
Location: Broward County FL
Job Type: Part-Time / Live-In
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting
- Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping related to client care (laundry dishes tidying client areas)
- Provide medication reminders (no administration unless licensed)
- Accompany clients to doctors appointments and outings if required
- Monitor and report changes in condition to the care coordinator
- Maintain accurate daily care notes and communication logs
- Live-in assignment in the clients home
- Private sleeping accommodations provided
- Scheduled sleep period and daily personal breaks in accordance with state and federal labor guidelines
- Experience as a Caregiver HHA or CNA preferred
- Compassionate reliable and professional demeanor
- Ability to follow care plans and safety procedures
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation A MUST
- Ability to pass Level 2 background screening
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Authorization to work in the United States
