As a Security Officer Reception Lobby in Irvine CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more. Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location where you will greet visitors manage access activity monitor the lobby and support daily security-related operations with professionalism and this people-first role you will bring strong communication teamwork and integrity while helping create a welcoming presence that supports a reliable and innovative workplace.

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients visitors and employees by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a front desk post in a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Monitor front desk activity greet and direct visitors confirm access permissions and document arrivals departures and/or deliveries in accordance with site protocols.
- Respond to incidents unusual activity and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts supervisors and/or emergency personnel as needed.
- Answer phones manage visitor check-in processes issue and collect visitor credentials and support access control functions for employees contractors and/or guests.
- Observe lobby and entry areas for suspicious unauthorized and/or disruptive activity and report concerns that could help to deter security-related issues at the location.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Access control or badge experience is preferred.
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
