Our Live Games Tech Team is responsible for titles with millions of active daily players - and every engineer here has real end-to-end ownership of the systems they touch: from design and implementation to deployment post-release monitoring and continuous improvement. Our stack spans Unity/C# on the client Go on the backend and AWS with Kubernetes for infrastructure. The scale is real - and so is the autonomy.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Own the development and maintenance of live game features used by millions of active players daily.
- Design implement and test business logic across the mobile app and backend services.
- Ship new versions to production and stay hands-on post-release: monitoring metrics reading player signals and acting fast when somethings off.
- Contribute to the games observability stack: set up and maintain monitoring and alerting systems that give the team real visibility into production health.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues autonomously navigating complex codebases end-to-end.
- Identify and drive improvements that make the codebase more maintainable scalable and easier to evolve.
- Collaborate closely with engineering product and design to bring features from idea to production.
WHAT YOULL NEED
- Solid experience as a software developer with production systems or apps published on iOS or Android.
- Strong fundamentals: data structures algorithms concurrency and a clear understanding of systems in production.
- Experience with monitoring metrics and observability in live environments.
- Working proficiency in English (documentation and some meetings are in English).
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Unity and C# for mobile development.
- Experience with Go or and Kubernetes-based backend systems.
- Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure.
- Experience with C Objective-C or Java for Android development.
- Experience acting as a technical reference for junior colleagues.
