We are currently seeking aQuality Manager Representativeto supportCommand Centers Communication Networks and Data FacilitiesinKey West FL.This position is contingent on contractaward with an expected start date in is afull-timeposition requiring an activeDoDSecretclearance.

Thisposition may besubject to theService Contract Labor StandardsAct(SCLS)/Service Contract Act (SCA).

WhatYoullDo

As aQuality Control Representative you will play a critical role inensuring compliance with quality management standards driving continuous process improvement andmaintainingthe integrity of organizational quality systemsthat serveU.S. government will:

• Manages QMS and ensures ISO compliance for T/O.

• Monitors T/O conformance and quality trendssupports PMO in quality activities.

• Audits processes makes recommendations for continuous improvementand ensures accuracy/timeliness of quality and process documentation.

• Owns and executes the T/O QMP.

Required Qualifications:

• Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Six years of experience in Quality Assurance and oversight

• Certifications:

  • Must have a current and activeDoDSecretsecurity clearance.

  • Proficient with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies

Travel & Passport

• Some overnight stays possible.

• Must have an activepassportto supportOCONUS travel and/or living requirements.

Work Environment

• Compliance with vaccination and medical requirements for TDY/OCONUS roles as perVaccine Recommendations by AOR .

• This position requiresworking in a stressful environment dealing with conflict working under pressure and with strict deadlinesfocusand attention to detail

Office setting:

• Primarily an office-based role inKey West FL

• Standard desk/computer work with flexibility for walking and movement on site.

• Mustbe able to work in an office environment sitting at a desk looking at a computerformost ofthe workday.

• Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion about sitting walking standing etc.

• May berequiredto travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site.

Background & Security
