As a Restaurant Development Specialist you will join our Restaurant Development team acting as a strategic partner for our existing restaurant partners. This is a 1-year fixed-term opportunity offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced data-driven environment at the core of Wolts business.

You wont just be managing accountsyou will be a growth consultant using data to help restaurants optimize their operations improve their menu and maximize their profitability and sales on the Wolt platform. This role combines analytical work with regular field activity including 1-2 days per week of in-person meetings with restaurant partners.

What youll be doing

In this role you will own and grow a portfolio of restaurant partners combining data insights with strong relationship management to drive business impact.

Day-to-day in this role youll:
Drive and manage the growth of your restaurant portfolio
Monitor and improve operational KPIs for your restaurants
Act as a key knowledge source and trusted advisor for restaurant strategies
Spend 1-2 days per week in the field meeting partners and strengthening relationships
Actively drive sales growth using Wolts promotional and marketing tools
Train and onboard Tier 1/Tier 2 venues
Collaborate closely with Finance Analytics and Marketing teams
Use data to lead daily commercial and strategic discussions with partners

Our humble expectations

13 years of experience in account management customer success or business development
Strong communication skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
A sales-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth
Analytical thinking and ability to turn data into actionable insights
Significant experience or strong familiarity with the restaurant industry is a strong advantage
Fluent in Hebrew and English
