Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team at Al Packer Ford in Middle River MD. The successful candidate will have a passion for customer service and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients visiting the dealership
- Identify and understand customer needs and preferences
- Guide customers through the sales process and provide tailored solutions
- Meet and exceed sales goals and targets
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Previous automotive sales experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated goal oriented and negotiation skills
