Job Summary
$5000k Sign-on BonusEarly Intervention Speech and Language Pathologist:Responsible for coordinating treatment and implementing services for assigned clientsas a member of a multi-disciplinary Early Childhood Services Functions:Provide outreach services to children and familiesConsult with team members in the development of individualized plans and multidisciplinary services for assigned clientsMaintain client records completely and accurately to include IFSPs with full assessment of client functioning and goalsDocumentation of client progress in the program records of required contact with collaterals and family membersDocumentation of arena assessments and documentation of DPH forms and regulations regarding intake and discharge of clientsComplete billing documentation according to schedule established by the companyAdhere to professional standards and guidelines according to their respective disciplinesKeep supervisor informed of progress of all clientsAdhere to clinical recommendations from clinical administrationMaintain confidentiality in all clinical mattersRemain compliant with billing and documentation in accordance with direct service requirementConduct visits with clients and relevant collaterals in natural environments according to the needs of the child and familyQualifications:Current licensure as a Speech and Language Pathologist by the Massachusetts Boardof Allied Health candidates are encouraged to applyWhy Join UsFull compensation/benefits package after 32 hrs/week401(k) with company matchPaid time off holiday pay annual bonus planComplex work adding value to the organizations mission alongside a great team of coworkersEnjoy job security with nationwide career development and advancement opportunitiesWe have meaningful work for you come join our team Apply Today!#LI-LN1
