Job Summary
Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and energetic Life Enrichment Assistant to help create engaging programs and meaningful daily experiences for our residents.
In senior living life enrichment is about more than activities its about connection purpose and building community. This role supports the Life Enrichment Director in delivering programs that promote physical emotional social and intellectual well-being.

What Youll Do
- Assist in planning and leading group activities events and outings
- Support resident participation and encourage engagement
- Help prepare activity spaces and materials
- Document participation and assist with reporting as needed
- Build positive relationships with residents and families
- Partner with other departments to support community-wide events
- Maintain a safe and welcoming activity environment
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in senior living recreation hospitality or customer service preferred
- Positive energetic and compassionate demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead small group activities with confidence
- Organized and dependable with strong follow-through
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
