Leadership Scope

Full oversight of Housekeeping (20 staff) and Maintenance (7 staff)
4 direct reports
Total department leadership of 32 team members
Responsible for operational excellence compliance team development and department stabilization

What Were Looking For

Senior Living experience required
Strong background in both Maintenance and Housekeeping leadership
Proven department head experience managing large teams
Deep understanding of California regulations including Title 22
Growth-minded leader ready to take on broader operational responsibility
Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care welcome
CCRC experience is a plus
