This is full-time onsite role based in our Baner Pune office.
Why This Role Matters
As a Senior Accountant you play a vital role in ensuring payroll accuracy statutory compliance and smooth financial operations for our India entity. Your work supports 300 employees strengthens vendor and audit partnerships and helps maintain operational continuity during a key period of ERP transformation.
Youll also significantly contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives as we scale.

What Youll Do
Own Payroll Operations for 300 employees partnering with internal teams and external payroll vendors to ensure accuracy timeliness and statutory compliance.
Manage Accounts Payable including vendor agreements invoice processing TDS reconciliation payments and AP ageing reports.
Support Audits & Reporting including MIS reconciliations and financial analysis across multiple global teams.
- Drive Financial Process Excellence by improving workflows enhancing documentation and supporting ERP transformation (migration to D365).
- Collaborate CrossFunctionally with global finance teams (India Denmark London etc.) to maintain aligned and efficient operations.
What You Bring
- 56 years of overall experience with 23 years of relevant payroll/AP experience.
- Strong understanding of payroll accounting labour laws statutory compliance and tax/GST principles.
- Proven experience managing audits internal controls reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Expertise in Tally ERP (must) and advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP Pivot SUMIFS).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to operate with ownership and independence.
- MNC experience and familiarity with costplus financial models preferred.
- Education: B. Com MBA CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
