Cheil Italy is looking for an Senior Producer with strong technical expertise and a solid production leadership mindset capable of managing complex projects with full accountability for feasibility planning budget and delivery.
The Senior Producer leads the end-to-end production of experiential projects translating creative concepts into technically feasible and executable solutions. Working closely with creative strategy and client teams they ensure operational clarity financial control and high-quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle while coordinating junior and freelance producers.
Role and Responsibilities:
Production Leadership & Feasibility
Lead the production development of experiential projects assessing creative concepts from a technical and financial perspective and defining structured production solutions.
Planning Budget & Delivery
Define production plans timelines and milestones while managing budgets forecasts and margins ensuring financial control and smooth execution across all production phases from pre-production to dismantling.
Team & Supplier Coordination
Build and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including junior producers freelance producers and suppliers ensuring alignment efficiency and high standards of execution.
Innovation & Optimization
Identify new materials technologies and AI-enabled tools to improve production efficiency workflows and creative execution.
Risk Management & Problem Solving
Anticipate risks manage operational challenges and ensure projects remain on track.
Required Skills:
10 years of experience in complex experiential production
Strong technical knowledge of exhibition builds temporary structures AV systems and digital integrations
Ability to interpret and evaluate technical drawings
Structured project management approach
Advanced use of planning tools (Gantt / PM software)
Experience managing significant production budgets
Attitude and Personal Qualities:
- Excellent Communicator: Outstanding written and oral communication skills in both Italian and English.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to manage negotiations with clients and suppliers finding win-win solutions while protecting agency interests and margins.
- Passion & Proactivity: A positive approach and determination to achieve success for both the agency and the client.
- Resilience: Ability to manage complex workflows and tight deadlines while maintaining extreme attention to detail.
