Job Summary
The Embassy Suites Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile is a sleek and upscale 4 Diamond property located in Downtown Chicago minutes away from Michigan Avenue shopping and Navy Pier family fun. The Magnificent Mile area also features top rated restaurants and entertainment as well as many corporate businesses.
This person will be responsible in the placement service maintenance and breakdown of physical sets in the Ballroom and associated areas in conformance with Hilton standards
Shift: This is a full-time opportunity which requires availability to work different shifts along with weekends and holidays.
Pay: $24.50 at hire $25.50 at 90 days and $26.50 at 9 months

What will I be doing
Participate in the placement service maintenance and breakdown of physical sets in the Ballroom and associated areas in conformance with Hilton addition to performance of the essential functions this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions:
To physically place equipment and other items in set up of equipment service arrangement of the set. Ensure placement of all decorations for the assigned function areas.
Ensure service areas ( ML level including carpets meeting rooms back hallway) and storage areas (prop room) are clean/organized maintained in proper working order. Monitor all policies and procedures to ensure safety in accordance with Federal State and company policies.
Set-up service and break down functions as assigned. Ensure proper appearance.
Communicate with Managers Directors and fellow team members to deliver all specifications of function.
Deep cleaning all meeting rooms as assigned.
