Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Skilled Nursing

A high-performing skilled nursing facility in the Clyde Ohio market is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to oversee operations and continue driving strong performance across the building.
This facility is stable and performing well across census financials and clinical outcomes. The incoming administrator will step into a well-supported environment with the opportunity to maintain operational excellence while continuing to build on current success.

Position Details

- Salary: Competitive base salary (based on experience) Bonus Potential

Responsibilities
- Oversee all facility operations including staffing compliance financial performance and census
- Lead hiring training development and performance management of department heads and staff
- Ensure high-quality resident care and maintain strong communication with residents and families
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Manage and execute the facility operating budget
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to support census growth
Qualifications
- Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an NHA in a skilled nursing facility
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and survey processes
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills
